Jennifer is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She also has a B.S. in exercise science from Brigham Young University and is a member of the Health and Fitness Provider Network (HFPN).
Jennifer loves exercise, especially resistance training. She is passionate about helping others enjoy life more fully by encouraging small changes that lead toward achieving a lifestyle full of healthy habits.
