Fitness Bootcamp

Sick of doing the same old boring routine workout?  Come join our Fitness Bootcamp! Bootcamp classes are a sure fire way to confuse those bored muscles and keep you from hitting a plateau.  Whether your goal is weight loss, strengthening and toning, or improved overall health these classes are for you!

Classes focus on:
*Cardiovascular Health & Endurance
*Speed, Agility, and Quickness
*Reactive (Plyometrics)
*Core Training

And don't forget about nutrition!  Classes are supplemented with nutritional information so all your hard work doesn't go to waste.  

$20/week.  Classes meet 3 days per week.
